When will I get my Piggy Warmer?

When you order a Piggy Warmer Cast Sock, we understand that you probably need it right away. Therefore, we make every effort to get your items to you as quickly and efficiently as we are able. All orders go out within 1 business day of notification of payment. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not business days.

 


What is the standard delivery time?

Shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service. Priority mail delivery within the United States will usually take 2 to 3 days. US First class will usually take 3 to 5 days. We are located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, so geographical proximity may affect shipping time.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we welcome orders from our international friends. International shipping by USPS Priority Mail will take from 6 to 10 days. 


Do you accept major credit cards?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept payment through PayPal.


Do you sell, trade or share customer information with other companies?

Your privacy is taken seriously here at Piggywarmer.com.   We do not sell, trade or share customer information with any other companies or entities. Information we gather from our customers is strictly for the purpose of fulfilling and shipping orders.


What is your return policy?

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Piggy Warmer. If you have any problems, please contact us at questions@piggywarmer.com. We will see to it that you are happy and content with warm toes in the right Piggy Warmer for you. You may return your Piggy Warmer for a refund within 7 days of receipt if it has been unworn and in the original packaging.


I don't know if my order went through. What should I do?

If you are uncertain if your order was received, please contact carolyn@piggywarmer.com and state your concern. We will email you with your answer.


I ordered the wrong size. What should I do?

If you notice an error in your order, please report it to us immediately. Email customer service at carolyn@piggywarmer.com as soon as possible so we can correct the mistake before your Piggy Warmer is shipped.


What should I do if I order twice by mistake?

Please, immediately email customer service at carolyn@piggywarmer.com as soon as possible so we can correct the mistake. If we see a duplicate order, we will contact you at once.
