As a leg cast toe cover, it has a generous 1” wide elastic "sling back" with enough stretch to adapt to a wide range of sizes without bunching or wrinkling. This Cast Sock is easy to slip on and will stay secure until you are ready to slip it off.  Unlike full cast socks, you won't need someone else to help you fight your way into it.
